Beef, Black Pudding and Smoked Gouda Pie with Vegetables
Ingredients:
Thyme Rosemary
Cloves Onion Flakes
Tomato Paste Worcestershire Sauce
Soy Salt and Pepper
Onion Gravy Tabasco
Beef Stock Mince
Vegetables Black Pudding
Smoked Gouda Tasty Cheese
This isn’t to hard to cook so I will demonstrate it through pictures. Hope you like it!
I didn't add quantities because its all down to whether you want to do a big batch or a small batch.
If you have any questions please ask. I do think they are pretty obvious though.
Don’t forget to peel the black pudding! I almost forgot that.
Much of this recipe is done to personal taste you will need to try as you cook. And adapt to your own personal taste. Basic pie maker skills required, pretty easy though.
The Meat mixture must cool down before you add it to the pastry otherwise it will melt the pastry and the base will fall out. This is the slowest part of the recipe cover the meat mixture up and rest for approx 2-3 hours. Or if you like you can cool down as mentioned then refrigerate over night.
Don’t refrigerate straight away it will become a food poisoning hazard that way. Wait until cool.
