Uncut unbuttered cheese scones

Cheese Scones

2 cups (250g) self-raising flour

2 cups (250g) tasty cheese, grated

1 cup (250ml) milk

Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and bring the dough together using your hands. (Love this bit 👨‍🍳)

Roll out on a lightly floured work surface to about 2cm thick. Cut the dough into 8 portions and flatten slightly.

Place the scones in the pie maker. Bake the scones in two batches.

Close the lid for 8 minutes.

Serve warm with butter or margarine.
